PDF PATTERN Chunky Walter The Otter Amigurumi

This crochet pattern is available in English and contains easy instructions along with pictures on how to make your own Walter the Otter amigurumi.

    DIFFICULTY
    Beginner

    YOU’LL NEED:

    • Any yarn in brown, khaki, ivory, black, soft pink and white colour
    • Crochet hook that matches the size of your yarn
    • A pair of safety eyes for the otter (I use 20mm eyes) and also for the flamingo (I use 16mm eyes)
    • Tapestry/yarn needle
    • Stitch marker
    • Scissors
    • Stuffing

    SIZE
I used Chenille yarn in the diameter 5mm and a 5.50mm crochet hook. My otter turned out approximately 22cm (8.7”) tall.

Loved this pattern. It’s easy to follow and read.

I used a 6 weight Bernat blanket yarn with an 8mm hook for everything except the head of the floaty. I used a 6.5 mm hook for that. It came out fairly large (I would recommend a smaller hook size). I will definitely be making this again.
